I’m seriously not sure whether or not this is real image, but apparently this woman in the picture below has implanted the biggest implant size in the world of 1200cc. The volume of a breast implant is measured in cc where thirty cc equals 1oz, and the typical sizes are between 275cc and 800cc. Many women are nowadays are not only unaware of the risks associated with the procedure of breast implants, but also with disadvantages of large size implants. They seem to forget that large breasts can not only limit their freedom of movement and lead to back pain and headaches, but they can also increase chances of exposing them to all the risks related to breast implants.

It's a real image. And the regular risks of saline/silicone implantation do not apply to this woman, as she has polypropylene string implants. So, the initial 1,2 Litres of string have expanded by attracting her body's own fluids and cells, causing a MUCH LARGER breast size than 1200 cc.
i want to know if they feel hard like a basketball or if the feel at all soft like real boobs
Oh! is this for real? I am shocked to see that she can carry her breasts just like that.. It seems that it's difficult to even find shirts with breasts like that. Isn't dangerous to have those breasts?

As noted by Doc H, the polypropylene implant attracts the body's own serum into the implant pocket which if not removed via syringe periodically will cause the breast to continually grow in size. any "bruising" is likely due to the expansion and the surrounding tissue damage. These types of implants are not approved for use in the US any longer. Their designer, the originator of the modern silicone implant, a surgeon in Houston, Tx designed them too. Just some trivia, I heard a story that the first use of silicone for breast augmentation was by the Yakusa in occupied Japan, where prostitutes breasts were injected with electrical grade silicone to make them more attractive to the large breast loving American GIs.
